There are some days where being a mom feels like you’re juggling glass in the dark.
Your eyes are down — focused on managing it all:
the schedules, the moods, the laundry you forgot in the washer (again),
the school projects you just found out were due yesterday,
and the silent pressure you carry to be everything for everyone.
And sometimes, it gets heavy.
I had one of those days not too long ago —
I was buried in tasks, running on very little sleep, and wondering if anyone else could hear the weight in my voice.
And then I felt this quiet whisper rise up inside me:
Look up, mama.
Not out of guilt. Not as a rebuke. But as a gentle invitation.
Lift your eyes above the overwhelm.
There is provision waiting.
There is peace available.
There is grace for this exact moment.
Looking up doesn’t make the chaos disappear.
But it reminds me I’m not navigating it alone.
So if today feels like too much — if your neck aches from staring down at the calendar, the dishes, or the phone screen —
I invite you to look up.
You might just see that help is already on the way.
